What can you do in the Provider Portal?
For dates of service beginning January 1, 2018 the HealthChoice Provider Self Service Portal offers users the ability to confirm a patient's eligibility and benefits, inquire on a claim's status, print a copy of a remittance advice, as well as direct you to many other resources.
